The more notice we have, the better! We generally would like to have at least 2-3 days’ notice if possible. This way we can usually reserve your preferred date and time. Alternatively, you could provide us with a few possible time slots to choose from. On rare occasions, we can arrange last minute requests if a cancellation comes up.

It depends on the size of the property and the package that you have booked. For photos + floor plan, we usually need around and hour, however if video is involved, or a home is a larger size, it generally takes a bit longer. If you need us to provide a rough duration for the session, please let us know, so that we could advise accordingly.

We have created a pre-photoshoot checklist to help you prepare the home. Please ensure that all staging and cleaning is complete prior to the photo session.

We will send you a link via email where you will receive two sets of images. Web version which are ideal for social media and websites marketing; High-res version come in larger sizes and are ideal for printing and boards if needed.

We do not need anyone to be onsite if there’s key safe available for us to access the property. Otherwise, the agent or the homeowner/tenant will need to be there to let us in at the time of the session.
