Please carefully read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) before booking a photography session with AceCrew. By booking a session with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not book a session with us.
1.1. Booking: To schedule a session, you must contact us through our website, email, or phone, providing details of your request, including the date, time, location, and any specific requirements.
1.2. Confirmation: We will confirm the availability of the requested date and provide you with a quote for the session. The session is considered booked only after you have agreed to the quote.
2.1. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. You may request to reschedule the session at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to our availability.
2.2. Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or personal emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
3.1. Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with the Photographer and follow their instructions during the session to ensure the best possible outcome.
3.2. Guests: You are responsible for the behaviour of any guests or participants during the session. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the session.
4.1. Editing and Processing: We will carefully edit and process the images from your session, and turnaround time for images are usually within 24 hours. We will provide you with a set number of high-resolution digital images, as specified in your booking agreement.
4.2. Delivery: We will deliver the edited images electronically through a secure link via email. You are responsible for ensuring the safe and secure storage of your images once delivered.
5.1. Copyright: AceCrew retains all copyrights to the images. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images. You may not sell the images without the AceCrew’s written consent.
6.1. Limitation of Liability: While we take utmost care in capturing and processing images, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, damage, loss, or injury that may occur during the session.
